Solutions Grant (PSG) applications supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG)?<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Business entity that is registered\/incorporated in Singapore<\/li><li>At least 30% local shareholding<\/li><li>Company\u2019s Group Annual Sales Turnover of not more than S$100 million, or Company\u2019s Group Employment Size of not more than 200 workers<\/li><li>Purchase\/lease\/subscription of the Equipment or IT Solution must be used in Singapore<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The company must not have:<\/p><ul><li>Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase\/lease\/subscription of the IT solution or equipment<\/li><li>Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase\/lease\/subscription of the IT solution or equipment<\/li><\/ul><p>Otherwise, the application will be rejected.<\/p><p>The following entities do not qualify for grant support:<\/p><ul><li>Charities, Institutions of Public Characters (IPCs)<\/li><li>Religious Entities<\/li><li>Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO)<\/li><li>Government agencies and solutions?<\/strong><\/h4><p>You may find the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/govassist.gobusiness.gov.sg\/productivity-solutions-grant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">full list<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/govassist.gobusiness.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GoBusiness Gov Assist<\/a>.<\/p><h4><strong>Can unlisted IT solutions or vendors who are not pre-approved be supported?<\/strong><\/h4><p>No, companies can only be supported on pre-scoped packages by pre-approved vendors. For equipment, there is no pre-approved vendor but the equipment must minimally meet the specifications provided.<\/p><h4><strong>What are the supportable costs of adopted equipment\/IT solutions?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Unless otherwise stated, only the actual purchase\/lease\/hire cost of the pre-approved equipment or pre-approved IT solution package is supportable. IT solutions and vendors have been pre-qualified under the grant<\/li><li>Company should not have signed any contract or made any payment before submitting the PSG application<\/li><li>Submit an application on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessgrants.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.businessgrants.gov.sg<\/a>. Companies will need to have a CorpPass account to transact on the BGP<\/li><\/ol><p>Click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enterprisesg.gov.sg\/-\/media\/esg\/files\/financial-assistance\/grants\/for-local-companies\/productivity-solutions-grant\/psg-step-by-step-guide.pdf?la=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0for a step-by-step guide.<\/p><h4><strong>How many PSG grants can a company apply for?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Companies can put in more than one PSG application depending on business needs. However, support can only be extended for one package per solution category per deployment location.<\/p><p>Supportable applications are:<\/p><ul><li>The purchase of one unit of either an equipment\/IT solution per deployment;<\/li><li>Subsequent purchase of the IT solution to be deployed at a different location<\/li><\/ul><p>This means that if the Applicant applies subsequently (i.e. after the first application) for the same IT solution to be deployed at the same location, this application will be rejected.<\/p><p>Please note that for Remote Working Solution categories (&#8220;Online Collaboration Tools&#8221; and &#8220;Virtual Meeting Tools&#8221;), each business entity may only be supported for one application per category.<\/p><h4><strong>Can a company submit concurrent applications?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Yes, this is possible.<\/p><h4><strong>Can a company engage a related associate as the third-party vendor?<\/strong><\/h4><p>The Applicant shall ensure that the vendors selected do not have any relationship, connection, associated or dealings with the Applicant or its related companies or their directors and common shareholders. Applicant will be required to declare any relationship with vendors.<\/p><h4><strong>What is the annual grant cap for PSG?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Each company supported by ESG is subjected to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions supported by ESG, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.<\/p><h4><strong>What happens when the grant cap is fully utilised?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Companies that have fully utilised their grant caps will not be eligible for further support within the validity period of the grant cap, and may then apply for new solutions at the next period when the grant caps are refreshed. Companies are encouraged to plan the use of the PSG for their purchases.<\/p><h4><strong>What is the processing time for applications?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Applications are processed within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required information.<\/p><p>Companies are strongly encouraged to submit their applications ahead of time to account for the application outcome and\/or processing duration required.<\/p><p>Once an application has been submitted, companies may choose to proceed with the project and purchase the equipment\/IT solution before the application outcome. However, you will not be able to claim subsequently if the application is unsuccessful.<\/p><h4><strong>What is the processing time for COVID-19 applications?<\/strong><\/h4><p>We are receiving a high volume of applications for COVID-19 support solutions and we expect applications to be processed within 6\u20138 weeks from the submission of all required information.<\/p><p>Please note that additional time may incur if further clarifications are required by the processing officers, upon which they would reach out to you for clarifications.<\/p><p>Applications for COVID-19 support solutions will be assessed as long as they are submitted before 31 December 2020.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c9f6a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"7c9f6a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4db678c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4db678c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Business Grants Portal and CorpPass<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-647bfd6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"647bfd6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8c03a91\" data-id=\"8c03a91\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a602ae9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a602ae9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>What is Business Grants Portal?<\/strong><\/h4><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessgrants.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Business Grants Portal (BGP)<\/a>\u00a0is a one-stop portal for businesses to apply for government grants. This paperless system allows entities to find the grants they need with ease, enjoy a convenient form completion process, and reduce the time spent on applications.<\/p><p>If the company has yet to register for a CorpPass Administrator account, please visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corppass.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.corppass.gov.sg<\/a>. After successful registration, users need to be assigned the e-Service access to the BGP in order to submit their grant application.<\/p><p><strong>Where can Applicants check the status of their grant application?<\/strong><\/p><p>An email will be sent to the company\u2019s contact person with the status of the submitted grant application.<\/p><p>Alternatively, Applicants may log in to the BGP. Under the \u201cMy Applications\u201d section, they can view the status of their grant application by toggling between the tabs (Drafts\/Processing\/Actions Required\/ Completed).<\/p><p>Reminder emails will also be sent when the application is returned for further clarifications. Applicants may make the necessary clarifications via BGP. Inactive applications may be withdrawn by ESG.<\/p><h4><strong>What happens if the personnel handling the company\u2019s grant application leaves the company? Can another staff submit the application on his\/her behalf?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Any personnel assigned as a BGP user in the company and given a Preparer or Acceptor role by the company\u2019s CorpPass Administrator can edit and submit the grant application. Contact details of the new user should be updated in the BGP.<\/p><h4><strong>What happens when an applicant company applies for the incorrect equipment\/IT solution package in the BGP?<\/strong><\/h4><p>If the application is currently reworked to you for updates, you may withdraw the application and submit a fresh one with the correct information.<\/p><p>To notify ESG to withdraw the application if it is being processed, please write in to\u00a0<a class=\"mailTo\" href=\"mailto:enquiry@enterprisesg.gov.sg\" data-dta-event=\"genericCTAClickthrough\">enquiry@enterprisesg.gov.sg<\/a>\u00a0for an Application Withdrawal and you will be sent further instructions.<\/p><p>Companies will not be able to select IT solution packages of vendors whose contracts have expired.<\/p><h4><strong>Can others (e.g. family members, non-employees) apply on behalf of applicants?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Yes, this is allowed. The Applicant will need to provide a letter of authorisation stating the party they wish to authorise their CorpPass access to.<\/p><h4><strong>How can applicants change their CorpPass roles to accept the Letter of Offer?<\/strong><\/h4><p>The applicant company\u2019s CorpPass Admin would need to add in the \u201cMTI \u2013 Business Grant Portal (BGP)\u201d digital service:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Login at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corppass.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.corppass.gov.sg<\/a><\/li><li>Go to \u2018e-Services\u2019 &gt; \u2018Select Entity e-Services\u2019<\/li><li>Type \u201cbgp\u201d in the search bar to the right (next to \u2018filter\u2019)<\/li><li>Tick the box on the left of \u201cBGP\u201d, then press \u2018Next\u2019<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>If there is no checkbox to tick, you may skip ahead to Step 7 below.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Press \u2018Next\u2019 and \u2018Submit\u2019<\/li><li>Press \u2018Return to Homepage\u2019.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>After adding BGP for the company, the Admin would then need to assign it to the relevant staff.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Go to \u2018e-Services\u2019 &gt; \u2018Assign selected e-Services\u2019<\/li><li>Tick the box next to the relevant staff\u2019s name and press \u2018Next\u2019.<\/li><li>Type \u201cbgp\u201d in the search bar to the right (next to \u2018filter\u2019)<\/li><li>Tick the box on the left of \u201cBGP\u201d, then press \u2018Next\u2019<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Select the \u201cAcceptor\u201d role.<\/li><li>Authorization \u201cEffective Date\u201d can be today<\/li><li>\u201cAuthorization Expiry Date\u201d can be left blank<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Press \u2018Next\u2019 and \u2018Submit\u2019<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<ol>If you are unsure of who your Admin is, you may use your SingPass to check on the identities of your entity\u2019s CorpPass Admins and Sub-Admins:<\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Go to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corppass.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.corppass.gov.sg<\/a><\/li><li>Click on \u2018Services\u2019 &gt; Incomplete submissions will result in delays.<\/p><h4><strong>How will the PSG grant disbursement take place?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Disbursement of the PSG grant will be credited directly to the company\u2019s bank account through GIRO. The completed GIRO form must be verified by the company\u2019s bank and submitted to ESG before the company\u2019s claim request.
